Tenant Review Feature

The tenant review page and acknowledgment feature are designed to help tenants understand the agreement. A tenant's acknowledgment via Umovio is not a legal signature and does not create a binding contract. Both parties must sign a physical copy of the agreement for it to take legal effect.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, Umovio disclaims all liability for damages arising from the use of generated agreements, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
