1. Service Description

Umovio (“the Service”) is a document automation platform that helps landlords create bilingual (Polish/English) rental agreements for properties in Poland. The Service provides a guided wizard, clause assembly from reviewed templates, PDF generation, and a tenant review interface.

2. Not Legal Advice

Umovio provides document automation and educational guidance. The Service does not provide legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using it. You should consult a qualified legal professional for advice specific to your situation.

3. Agreement Generation

Agreements are generated from clause templates that have been reviewed by legal professionals familiar with Polish tenancy law. However, Umovio does not guarantee the legal enforceability of any generated agreement. Users are responsible for reviewing the content and ensuring it meets their specific needs.

4. Payment

The first agreement is free. Subsequent agreements cost 59 PLN each. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All prices include applicable taxes.

5. Data Retention

Agreement data, including user inputs, generated PDFs, and clause snapshots, is automatically deleted 30 days after creation. Abandoned checkout attempts (pending agreements) are deleted after 24 hours. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

Generated agreements belong to the landlord who created them. Clause templates and the Umovio platform remain the intellectual property of Umovio.

7. Limitation of Liability

Umovio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umovio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
